Allison you are an Angel now
and even though we miss you so
We know you're watching over us
from up in Heaven with wings aglow
The Good Lord saw you were in pain
and so He said "child come to me
I will hold you in my healing arms
and all the pain from you will flee"

Allison Kay Faulks
Who has changed my life as well as my entire community.
She has touched so many hearts at the age of 14 months
than I have in my years of being here.
She was diagnosed with Rhabdoid Tumor on October 16, 2007.
It was located in her left side of her neck spread to her spine and
to her brain. After trying Chemo and no results it had spread too
much and too far to save. She had a port put in to recieve
her treatments and her other medications through.
We took her home under the care of HOSPICE.
On Friday November 15, 2007 about 11:00 p.m Allison had a
stroke and I slept beside her holding her hand all night. Friday
morning she barely even woke up and when she did she started
having seizure activity in the left side of her face. After that
she went into a deep sleep and never woke back up.
She earned her Angel Wings on Saturday November 17, 2007
in my arms peacefully. I thank God every single day that
I had her for the 14 months that I did.
She has changed so many lives especially Mine.
We love you so much and you will never be Forgotten
