Our hearts are blessed and thankful
for all the children in our lives
So innocent and full of Grace
daily changing before our eyes
We must always try and do our best
to mold with love and care
Show them the right roads to follow
stand fast and always be there
As the children grow they will remember
the firm hands that held them strong
The loving arms that enfolded them
and did their best to keep from harm
In God's eyes we are all his children
in our sicknesses and in our health
It doesn't matter how strong we are
if we are needing or have much wealth
And so to honor the children who suffer
each day with sickness and pain
We create special pages of beauty
just for them, we honor their names
Their days are filled with needles,
with medicines, with hospitals and more
But courage outstanding and beyond belief
much more then we could ever endure
So we try our best to make them smile
to give them something that's theirs alone
